- KJKevin JaxonNov 19, 20251.0Dodged a bullet!!! So I was trying to get a TV stand since people on the Facebook market kept flaking. After getting approved, I got an email that I had to call the 1800 number since there was information that had to be verified. They asked a bunch of questions that I couldn't even remember like old addresses, and phone numbers. I answer the questions and get ANOTHER email that said I was no longer approved because I answered the questions incorrectly. I call back to speak with someone and am on hold for 23 minutes. At that point I said forget it and hung up. That was nothing but devine intervention because the idea of paying $2800 for a stand that was work $120 on amazon all because I was intrigued by the $0.01 down is CRAZY. I don't care how desperarte you are, DO NOT DO THIS!!! you're better off going on amazon and doing an affirm plan.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
