  I paid for a deep clean and got maybe a spot cleaning. My floors had streaking and film like touch. Didn't clean under my furniture. Completely missed my 1/2 bathroom. Top of my cabinets were not dusted. I do a better job from my scooter. Like other reviews, they sent 2 ladies that couldn't understand English at all. I wanted a person that I can speak to, not an app translator. This is America learn to speak English.

  Great workers. They work fast and do a deep clean. The house feels so good when they finish. It sparkles. Very pleased.

  I'm pretty disappointed with the deep cleaning I received yesterday. This company was not the cheapest quote I got, but they were able to come out the soonest, so we paid the extra for them to come. My husband and I just bought a house that the previous owner left a disaster upon move out. I was told they would deep clean for their move in/out services which included things like cleaning the inside of the kitchen cabinets and hand washing the baseboards. I have spent my morning going back over everything they have done because the picture attached were what the house looked like after they cleaned yesterday. While it certainly looks better than it did before they came, they did not complete all of the tasks listed in the communication I received. It seems like they just did a quick wipe down of counters and floors instead of a true deep cleaning which was the point of having professional cleaners come out. **Edit to add pictures of the kitchen cabinet and fridge after I went back and cleaned them. It is very obvious that they did a quick wipe of the fridge shelves and never opened the kitchen cabinets as all of them looked like the picture posted. This was not staining, just a lack of proper cleaning. I never said the cleaners didn't do anything, just that they didn't do as promised. They sent 2 women to clean a dirty 2800 sq ft house for 4 hours, not 5. Which I was clear about the house being dirty before booking the service. It really seems like the company just did not plan accordingly for the job they accepted. I don't really feel that I should have to call or text (which I DID text instructions before the service on how to get into the house and apparently no one ever received it, so I'm not really sure why they say you can text as an option if it's not monitored) in order to get the service they said they provided. It should have just been done correctly the first time around. I already waited almost a week to get the place cleaned so my family could paint and move in. I shouldn't have to wait for a new crew to come back out to clean properly.

  Some of the cleaning was ok. My wood floors had streaks and film residue. Really was not happy.
