    I got home and checked my bag and my 2 citrus boost essential oils were not in my possession. Is there anyway that the store can be contacted for me to get them or I be refunded?

    Terrible experience. I came in around 8pm today looking for a rug. After spending 30+ mins browsing the rugs I found one i liked. When i took it to the counter, it rang up 1cent. The cashier and manager told me that they could not sell me this rug because it was “out of stock” (the rug was literally in my hands). The rug had the price on the label and instead of typing it in, they offered me no solution and i walked out empty handed. Very disappointed. Instead of selling me the rug, it will probably end up in a landfill.

    Rhonda, the store manager, was incredible, and so was her staff. She clearly takes a lot of pride in her store and in helping her customers. The entire time I was there she was assisting people, and whenever she had a free moment she was cleaning and making sure everything in the store looked great. She and her staff really went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good shopping experience. Rhonda treated every customer like they were her top priority, which you don’t see very often anymore. It was a great experience overall. Rhonda is professional, courteous, and someone other managers could really look up to. She sets a great example for her team.

    Disappointing, due to the fact that they do not carry toilet seat lid covers. I could not fathom that a home store would not keep a bathroom item such as this on inventory. I was directed by an employee to go to J.C. Penney. No problem.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
