- JMJon MMar 17, 20261.0I had a horrible experience the other day with the store manager. A couple weeks ago a young lady named Cindy was helping me and she was absolutely awesome! I called the Reston extra space looking for her since she already knew my situation and I didn’t really want to re explain it again. Basically got into a shouting match with the Store Manager. When I asked for Cindy he said that he is the store manager and I have to talk to him, not her. And when I said that I’ll just wait until she is back, he got even more mad and said that I cannot do that and he is the store manager and he decides who a customer can and cannot speak with. Terrible customer service. I just wanted to speak with who had already been helping me, and he just kept shouting that he is the store manager over and over again. That guy was out of control in how he responded.
