The premises are much better maintained. There is a cart inside each section (sometimes two) and are in good repair. There is a very smooth transition from outside to inside, not a 2 inch bump that you have to struggle with and lose some of the boxes being carried. There is a hook which holds the door open, so you don't have to try to back in or use one of your boxes to hold the door open. The individual units are really clean and well appointed. The hours are great. The few times I have had to deal with the management in the office, I was amazed. There was always someone there. They management was extremely cooperative with me and really helped me out. Honestly when the say the value their customers, they behave in a manner that backs up those words. I am glad I found Extra Storage and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.
