- DTDonna TincherMar 9, 20265.0I needed curtain rods for my new Dublin cottage. I relocated from Georgia. I pre ordered on line. My order was ready when I arrived I was promptly attended at the pickup counter. Great service and love the rods I purchased.
- BTBonita ThorntonDec 29, 20251.0We ordered a gas stove, was told delivery wont be till Jan 3, it got delivered today, but I am not complaining about that, my complain was we did not get a courtesy call, we have dogs in the house that need to be locked in for thier protection, it was chaos, second they went in the house, the stove was a tight fit, and they were just gonna remove our door by the hinges, not letting us know what they were about to do, It was rude. Its like they went in dumped it and gone, no paperworks to be sign, no bye and thank you. Cmon Lowes you can do better with your delivery people. SMH.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
