We ordered a gas stove, was told delivery wont be till Jan 3, it got delivered today, but I am not complaining about that, my complain was we did not get a courtesy call, we have dogs in the house that need to be locked in for thier protection, it was chaos, second they went in the house, the stove was a tight fit, and they were just gonna remove our door by the hinges, not letting us know what they were about to do, It was rude. Its like they went in dumped it and gone, no paperworks to be sign, no bye and thank you. Cmon Lowes you can do better with your delivery people. SMH.
