The staff here gets upset with you when they can't perform there job or doesn't have knowledge of questions you have. Should have known what to expect given the area.

- TCTony CressNov 28, 20131.0Well what does one say , After 3 times of being lie to ,, I'm just so glad I found HSN ,, you buy also you can really see what your buying without having to put your trust in a salesperson thats only interested in the sale ,, not you , in my case last 2 times was the manager ? come on they will lie so you don't return ,then as Jessie the manager said to me ,,well you can return it ,never offering to take care of the problem ,, the laptop did not do any of the thing I wanted but he said it did ... Get me once ,twice but after the third time NO DAMN WAY I wonder why there was such a turn over Now I know and when a manager puts down the sales people of the past that worked there ,, He was just trying to make a sale .. Would it not be easier to just show and give the customer what they want instead of lieing to them ,, Also when I ask to speak to an area manager he said well I'll have him call you ''''Really ''' I'm still waiting on the call not going to hold my breath tho.What it come down to is they prey on people who don't have a large income and think their income matches their IQ ,, Shame on them to think they can just take advantage of people ..

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
