  Cindy accommodated me coming in very close to closing time at Vigilant Self Storage of Prince George, VA on Commerce Road. She explained options, prices, due date for rentals, informed of items not allowed, & helped me pick the temperature controlled unit due to clothing being stored and I viewed the storage area. She supplied a lock, let me know where to find cart & furniture dolly if needed, went over gate instructions, & verified for me that my issued code worked. Of course I was also given a packet folder of all information needed. GR8 customer service, polite, professional & knowledgeable. Thanks! Very much appreciated. ~TLW~

  The team was very friendly and amenable with our move in. Our bay was immediately ready upon arrival. A 40’ truck can easily maneuver around the area. The security surveillance system had every corridor monitored. Highly recommend to keep your things in a safe area.

  I scheduled a reservation online last week and received two calls from the manager to let me know she would hold the unit. I went today and the atmosphere was welcoming. There was coffee and tea available for customers, the bathroom was very clean and overall the reception area was clean. I received a welcome packet that included a nice pen, a clip and my rental agreement and security information. I also received a tour of my unit. The customer service was top tier and I would recommend this company to anyone.
