When coming through she always waves or speaks to me if shes outside. The place is always clean no leaves or anything blowing around. I feel that my stuff is safe with them cause of her. Security is great at this place.
- LLLarryDec 20, 20255.0When we first went there a couple of months ago, Cindy went thru everything answering all the questions and pointing us in the right direction. Very friendly and the unit was clean as expected. What I love about these which we didn't have at previous storage facilities was an overhead light. Came in very handy. We realized about a month later we were going to need a 2nd unit. About that time a 15x30 came open as I started to look for another unit. Rented that unit and moved into the bigger one and turned in the smaller one. Problems arose at this point regarding rental insurance. We had storage insurance on our home owner's policy already posted from the smaller unit, but the system wasn't recognizing it and I wasn't able to upload the policy document. Cindy and the woman I called from the rental insurance place got me squared away and notified their IT people about the glitch where I couldn't upload documents. I want to thank both for their patience and time getting the problem taken care of because this issue took a couple of weeks to work thru. Friendly and great help.
