This is my go-to local Lowe’s. Pretty standard for a big-box home improvement center. Nice selection of products to choose from. The store is kept reasonably well stocked and clean. Most employees are friendly and knowledgeable, customer service desk is usually very good and easy to work with. Will most certainly return again soon!

Visited this Lowes to get some glass cut for a job I was doing in Petersburg, it was a tricky cut with the sizes available but Trenden pulled it off with a level of skill and professionalism I have rarely encountered in the big box stores during my 20 years in the contracting businuess. Give this man a raise!!

I ordered an EGO POWER+ Leaf Blower, Cordless Electric 756 CFM, Includes 56V 5.0Ah Battery and Charger - LB7654 online for $299.00. I added another 56V 5.0Ah battery for $200 more.(See attachments). I was told there were no available batteries, so I canceled the order. I ordered an alternative, but canceled the order when it said due to staff shortages it could be days before pickup. I went to the store on December 1st, and magically, there were 3 batteries in inventory. I had the battery and the blower, but it was not ringing up the price I was quoted online. The battery was like $325. The customer service representative asked if she could honor the price. One supervisor said no, while another said yes. I was given the option of getting the EGO POWER+ Leaf Blower, Cordless Electric 880 CFM, Includes (2) 56V 4.0Ah Batteries and Charger - LB8803-2. The batteries were weaker. I tried to buy another battery. However, as I said, the battery was coming up as $325, not $200 as it was online. The price was lower, but unavailable. I had a 20% coupon. I didn't get to use it. The reason was because I didn't put it on my Lowe's card. I didn't know. I wanted it fixed. I asked for a manager. However, I overheard the manager didn't want to be bothered. All I wanted was the online price with the Cyber Monday discount of $60 off the regular price. With my 20% off, I could have saved an additional $90. Instead, I saved $45 and got 2 cheaper batteries. You have to ask yourself why it was out of stock when there were 3 locked up? BTW, the original online order, I was messaged that due to short staff, it could be days before I got my order. What? How hard is it for a person to gather two items and bring them to customer service? So I got something I didn't want, no manager to override the price change, didn't honor the online price, and someone who didn't want to void the ticket and place it on my Lowe's card. I will be contacting the corporate office. I will ask why the battery said unavailable when 3 were on site. I called the number below. When I said my peace, on a recorded line. After waiting, I decided I wanted to tape their response. It clearly said I was going to record. The explanation was stopped. I heard music for a minute or two, and the call ended. Lowe's can record my statement. Unfortunately, I can't record your answer. Why? What are they scared of? I realized by the conversation it was scripted. I knew by intuition that the representative would tell me that Lowe's did me a favor by giving me the online price. I came in the store on December 1st, and I counted (3) 56 V5 A batteries at the end of the aisle, locked up. The gentleman took what I wanted to customer service. I tried again, to place an order online and again it said it was unavailable. Tina, at customer services tried without success. She actually put in the item number and it was the same as scanning to check the price. The price for the blower was the same in store as it was online. Lowe's didn't give me anything. It was a mistake to even call. All I wanted was the battery for $200.00 minus the 20%. Even with this gesture, I still didn't save my full potential. I was curious, so I went online and now there are (4) 56V 5 A on the locked endcap. The price is $329. 12/9/25.
