    Lowe’s in general is a horrible place to buy materials, but this Lowe’s is horrible even by Lowe’s standards. Customer service is horrible. You can never find employees and when you do they are upset that you are bothering them with questions. 90 percent of the time you ask a question to an employee the response will be “I don’t know.” Half the time to get to the register there is a problem with the computer system and items do not ring up or the system is running slow so you need to wait for a couple minutes for the computer to work again. One time an item would not ring up so the cashier asked me to take it back and get another one. There were three employees behind her standing there laughing and joking and I was asked to get a new item because their computer system was not working right. It is as if not a single employee has ever been given a single minute of customer service training. Last time I bought something here it was a double door. I asked the man who worked in the door section where I could find the particular door. Seeming upset that I bothered him with a question, he just pointed to where it was and did not bother to get up. It is a double door. Common sense should tell you I need help loading it onto a cart, but he was too busy on his phone to be bothered with that. I had to go find another employee to help get it on the cart. Then after I paid for it, I had to go find another employee again to help load it on my truck. Absolutely pathetic. I went back to find a double door again yesterday for another job. As is usually the case, there was no one in the door section to help me. After walking around for a couple of minutes I finally found an employee and asked for help getting prices for a door so I can quote a job. Of course the first person I talked to said he did not know how to do that so he called someone else. Two people came over and I told them what I was looking for. I needed a 72” replacement sliding door. Very basic for building materials. They looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I pointed to the door I wanted and said how much is this door. Again completely clueless. They got another person to help me. To no surprise he had no idea what he was doing either and also looked upset that I was bothering him with a question. He looked it up in the computer and said the doors range from $500 to $2000. Yes, I know but I needed a specific price for a specific door so I could get a quote for a customer. The guy was at a complete loss so I just left. I spoke to four employees and not one person was able to get me a price for a very standard door. I am a contractor who buys a lot of construction materials, but I will never again spend one penny at this useless store. I honestly do not see how they can stay in business being this pathetic.

    I can't get anyone on the phone. No one has called me about my install. I had to call corporate to find out information. Do, better!!! Come on. Update - still getting the run around. Never again will l be buying from Lowe's. Update. Two supervisors. Corporate. And, l am still getting the run around. I am beyond aggravated with this company. Waited all day yesterday for them to come install. And, they had my phone number wrong. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
