When I got there the sticker price was 35.68, so I went to customer service and showed them their own website and they would not adjust the price. They said it was online only, but it said nothing about ordering online only. They said it was member price, but it didn't say member price. They even said I screenshot the ad until I showed them it was live feed. These people are using false advertising for financial gain due to not having competition in this area from another vendor. They also do not like veterans since lumber, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more are not eligible for military discount. The explanation was that these items have no mark up on them. They claim to be selling them at cost!
