  Walking into this store is always an adventure because they have just about everything you could ever need for a house project. I really love the garden section because the plants always look fresh and it’s a nice way to start the trip. The aisles are super wide which makes it easy to push a big cart around, though sometimes it can be a bit of a hike to find exactly where the tiny screws or specific light bulbs are hidden. Most of the time the people working there are happy to point me in the right direction or even help me lift heavy bags of mulch into my car. It’s a great spot to grab tools or just get some inspiration for a bedroom makeover, even if I usually end up spending way more time browsing than I planned!

  I shopped here on April 23rd. I needed some paint for my deck. The two young ladies that helped me were so wonderful 💖 I greatly appreciate all of your help. I hope you both get raises.

  As a contractor that goes to different Lowes and Home Depots across the 757 this is the worst one I've ever been to. It's went way down hill over the last few years especially. Went over to the lumber department and there's 5 employees behind the counter talking and laughing while ignoring all the customers. Nobody in the lumber department to actually help nor anyone that seemed to want to. They act like they are pissed to be there if you try talking to them. There were no carts available in the parking lot or in the store either. I went in to buy 75 sheets of plywood and other materials and ended up leaving and driving to Home Depot in Chesapeake Sq. The service was much better there and the lady at the register in the lumber department overheard me talking to someone about needing a flat cart and she called someone to go and find me a cart so I didn't even have to find one. The opposite experience to the Lowes on Victory. This is not the first issue with the Victory Blvd. store, it's a constant problem and that's the only reason I bothered to leave a review. They need a lot drastic change. Horrible customer service.

  If i could give zero stars to this lowes, i would. Customer service and management are abysmal at best. My best piece of advice would be to go to Home Depot or at the minimum make the trip to the greenbrier location. I’m sitting here 6-hrs after my estimated delivery waiting on an expensive purchase to be delivered. When I called to see if I could get an update on the new estimated arrival of my product I was met with a laugh, snickering, and rudeness. “It hasn’t been that long” doesn’t seem to suffice when it’s been 6-hrs after my estimated arrival time and it still says out for delivery. I own a plumbing company and this lowes is only 5 mins down the road so I go every morning at 630 to get what I can for the day. After the interaction I had this morning, I’ll leave 15 mins earlier in the morning to spend my 100k+/year at Home Depot. Lack of customer service and blatant unwillingness to help doesn’t seem worth the inconvenience and frustration of dealing with management and the people whose job it is to help.
