Service is terrible or should I say NON-EXISTENT!!!I literally had someone to call for help 3 times this morning in plumbing and no one showed. Imagine me going into a hardware store with a faucet needing help... I guess that's unheard of. I am NEVER coming here again. I can go anywhere and GUESS... Next time I'll just go to Chesapeake.

The service is terrible, way too bad. I'm losing money on damaged items, customer service is incredibly slow, and the delivery of materials is incredibly slow. The staff is always in a bad mood, and I've lost over £2,000 with this store in Portsmouth and Suffolk. Awful service.

The experience I had at Lowe’s store was absolutely unacceptable. The employees we dealt with — Angela and Tamala — showed extremely unprofessional conduct Their rude behavior and lack of customer service were shocking. This needs to be handled by management right away.
