Every question I asked them was precise, clear and knowledgeable on the information. I needed a bigger storage unit they checked the system. Also called a customer so happened someone moved out that day. Donna & Jewel went above & beyond to get me a bigger unit. It was greatly appreciated for what they did for me. The service I received was outstanding. I recommend Ample Storage if you need a storage ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️ The service you'll receive will be phenomenal. - JMJoann MayesMay 5, 20251.0I thought this was a nice cleaned place, and tight security, but that wasn’t true my storage unit was broken into about 7 day’s ago ,but I’m still puzzled as how someone can get into a locked gated storage unit and the lock were provided by ample storage, with 2 keys and, I did received both keys. people are so cured.Everything is still under investigation right now, A police report has by filed right now I’m waiting on footage of the camera to see who’s the real thieves. Also talk to Cedric from Corporate he will be the one pulling the footage which he said will take a while through there protocol, no I’m not letting up off this very easily at all, also the reception lady had no remorse when my niece told her my unit had been broken into she just said ok, you have to called the police. Didn’t apologize SMH…. also very weird people hanging around the the property on the day the police report was filed.

They are passionate and understanding of the customers. I give them and the establishment A+. I have never experienced nothing but friendliness, patience, politeness and help. Too the owners give the entire staff a raise. They truly deserve it!
