Returned home after school pickup and errands and my key, including a spare, do not open the lock. I looked up locksmiths near me and see that it is nearby. I called at 6:01 and was told a tech would call me. Tech calls at 6:07 and says he will be at my house in 20 minutes. At 6:40, no tech, I call back and am told the tech will call me back with a better estimate. At 6:58 I call back again, the woman apologizes, and hangs up on me. He finally arrived at 7:02. All he had to do was be honest because I could have taken my hungry daughter to get food. He arrives and does not say a word to me, doesn't ask for ID, or do anything to verify I actually live in the house. I should have sent him home. He looks at the door and says he has to drill a hole through the lock! What is the purpose of this service?! After about 10 minutes, having already damaged the lock, he says he has to go to the store to get a drill bit. I say fine, I'm taking my daughter to eat and get out the cold, call me when you're close so I know to come back. While eating, I get a Ring notification that he is already at the house. We return and it takes him about 15 minutes to get the door open. He then tells me the cost is $280! that I have to send through Zelle. I could have gotten my neighbors drill and done the same thing for free in less than the 2 hours it took this "professional". Customer service then calls me about 20 minutes later and I recount the story. I was told that I should have negotiated a lower price. Now I have to stay up and install the new lock that I had to go purchase myself. This experience was absolutely insane and I wish I never heard of this company.

It took over 10 do overs, try's and taps to get it to respond. The store also needs more than one machine. And more than one in any one location. I waited for another customer, who was also having trouble, to make over 7 keys. It was way too long of a process in addition to the wait behind a customer because there's only one machine.
