I had never rented a storage space and was concerned about hidden fees or being scammed like I had read and heard about from others. Alex talked me through everything, helped me stay on top of move out dates and when best to alert the staff of moving plans. They also reviewed if I needed extra dates what the rates would be so I was aware of all my the fees that would meet my needs. The facility was clean and safe.
