  I had an exceptional experience working with Brittany at Extra Space Storage. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to get set up with my storage unit. She was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly personable and patient, taking the time to walk me directly to my unit and explain everything in detail—including the many perks that come with renting here. What really stood out to me was her level of attentiveness and care. At one point, I accidentally left my unit unlocked, and Brittany personally reached out to notify me. Knowing that the property conducts routine checks multiple times a day gave me an added sense of security and peace of mind. That level of diligence is rare and truly appreciated. Later on, when I needed to upgrade my unit, Brittany made the entire transfer process seamless and stress-free. She handled everything efficiently, ensuring there were no complications and that I was completely taken care of. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and clearly managed with pride. Combined with Brittany’s outstanding customer service, this location sets a high standard for what a storage experience should be.   This location is clean, efficient, and obviously well maintained. Brittany is an excellent general manager, and she made the move-in process smooth and pleasant. My only complaint is that the Extra Storage App is finicky. No matter what I do, I cannot seem to connect my particular unit to my Extra Storage App account. All this means that I cannot use the company's app to manage or access my unit. It's not a huge deal, since I can just visit the office to take care any admin work. Overall, I am a very happy customer.

What truly sets this location apart is the customer service. Khadijah and Brittnay they are absolutely the best—thier professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers is unmatched. These young ladies go above and beyond every time, making sure everything runs smoothly and that I’m taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of dedication these days. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gives me complete peace of mind storing important items for both work and personal use. If you’re looking for a storage facility that values its customers and delivers exceptional service, I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage on Little Creek Rd.
