    Lots of people working until they see you standing in the middle of an aisle, clearly looking around for help, and divert their stride as to avoid you. Going to Home Depot now; hopefully they'll get my business otherwise I'll have to find somewhere else.

    My contractor was in your store this evening looking for materials to finish my project and was followed by your staff who seemed to be concerned about something, possibly theft? These intimidation tactics are not only unprofessional they are potentially illegal. How dare you! In addition if your store manager cannot handle security professionally, you should consider firing every last one of your current employees until you feel like you can manage your inventory. You are truly pathetic.

    Do not do floor install with Lowe’s. The company that they use is legacy Flooring based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. What an absolute nightmare contracting with them. After 6 week delay I find out the store sold my pallet of Flooring and didn’t tell me that they had to re-order it. Then I had scope slip for issues that could’ve been addressed when the person who was measuring came out, could have addressed at the time. Then there were other issues with the quote and materials not being in the quote. I wasted over 24 hours of my time, waiting for contractor to show up that never showed up and I wasted several more hours because the people who were doing self leveling had no idea what they were doing, and I questioned their approach to it and so we had to wait for the general manager of Legacy to show up and that guy had no idea what he was doing with Flooring either he had to call back to the office to ask questions. The guy who did self leveler was over an inch off. Once I went to install the cabinets, I had to put almost an inch worth of shims on one side of the floor. I have hundreds of dollars of material that they allegedly were required to use on my floor and when I had a small smaller company come in and do it. They advise me that none of that material was needed. So now I have to go back to the store to go get a refund for all of this material. I’ve waited over a week for refunds for some of this material that I’ve called corporate about that never showed up to my house and I have yet to get any resolution. I was advised I have to go into the store with all my materials, including bringing the partial material orders. To prove to them that I only received half of the materials. When asking the manager on duty tonight (CJ), who the manager for tomorrow is going to be he told me he can’t give out schedules. I asked for a name and not a schedule and he refused to give me the name of the manager on duty tomorrow morning because he just didn’t want to give out a schedule not because of a policy. I was not asking for a schedule. I was asking for a first name. He refused. But I’m gonna know who it is tomorrow morning when I show up so now I’m gonna know their schedule… I will not be going back to this location or Lowe’s at all. Their competitor Home Depot now has my complete and sole business for my company and private purchases. Don’t waste your time here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

    The military highway Lowes was a mess today. Last isle was so full of carts with orders that I could not use the isle. I asked 2 associates where I could find 4x8’ pvc sheets— both told me different incorrect locations—- turns out they were sold out. Neither bothered to look. Went to get guttering and it was low on stock and much of what there was bent. So I only ended up with some 2x4’s—— the checkout lady was very pleasant, however.
