    I recently placed 1 order for ~$3k from Lowes, after 2 months and 5 trucks…I do not have my complete order. I have spent countless hours on the phone being transferred around. I was given repeated offers of compensation on my order and it’s a gift card. No thank you, terrible.

    Everyone at the pro desk is always at the top of their game. Michele, the supervisor always make sure that any issues or concerns get handled right away. All of the pros are very good at making sure customers receive exactly what they need in a timely manner in the pro cashiers are top-notch customer service! Having shopped at multiple locations, the Chesapeake location on Battlefield by far exceeds the others in all areas

    Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I honestly cannot believe this associate is allowed to work there. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed poor customer service from this individual, but this incident was so bad that I’m taking time out of my busy schedule to report it. I went into the store looking for galvanized hanger straps that I’ve purchased from Lowe’s before. I asked one associate if he could help me find them. He actually tried—he looked online and seemed new—so I appreciated his effort even though he couldn’t locate the item. He then asked another associate if he knew what aisle it was on. This is where everything went downhill. The second associate claimed he knew exactly what I was talking about but said the store didn’t sell it. I told him I had purchased it there previously. His response was unbelievable: “If you bought it here before, you’d know where it was.” My tone immediately shifted. I told him that if he didn’t know where it was or wasn’t willing to help, I would just find it myself. He then replied: “It’s not that I don’t know where it is, it’s you don’t know where it is.” At that point, I was furious. I told him he was the rudest associate I had ever encountered and needed training. As I walked away, he added: “You’re talking all that while you’re walking away.” I was shocked. I actually turned back and said, “I’m back—now what?” But I quickly gathered myself and realized he wasn’t worth it. I let him antagonize me into almost escalating a situation that could have gotten out of hand. While I would love to say I’ll never shop at this location again, that wouldn’t be true. I understand good companies sometimes have bad employees. But it is the company’s responsibility to ensure employees don’t feel comfortable displaying this kind of unprofessional behavior. What makes this worse is that just the previous week, I asked for a manager at this same location to compliment a paint-desk employee for going above and beyond. He was the best Lowe’s employee I’ve ever encountered. So the contrast is shocking. One very important detail: when I asked the rude associate for his name, he lied and said his name was “Byrd.” When I went to the customer service desk to file a complaint, the manager and three employees all said no one by that name worked there. Once I described him (not wearing a vest or any Lowe’s uniform), they chuckled like they already knew exactly who I was referring to—and were not surprised. His actual name is Carter. I will say this: the employees at the customer service desk were extremely apologetic and professional. Unfortunately, one employee like this can completely ruin the customer experience.

    I'm a little late ,but I have to give kudos to Johnathan in Lawn and Garden and Fred inside Lawn and garden !!! They both gave EXCELLENT!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! And they know their stuff too !!! Also today Lawrence on the inside assisted me and gave me pointers on a project !!! LOWE'S got a real good crew up in there !!!!!

    Had a good time at the Black Friday event, kudos to the team for bringing out coffee and donuts for those of us who had been waiting in line for a while, that was unexpected and very welcomed in the cold. Decor was neat, staff was festive, got good deals 10/10 will be back.
