    Don't buy big ticket items or apply for Lowe's synchrony credit card from this store. I bought a John Deere riding mower in May 2024, the price Lowe's gave me and the price they sent to Synchrony Bank was $245.03 more. It took me 5 months of disputes with Lowe's and Synchrony to get it settled. This Lowe's was at fault. They paid the 245.03 and never apologized to me.

    Don’t buy the protection plan!!! You’ll be made into a lollipop (sucker). Bought a refrigerator with protection 2 years ago and for the last six months have had continuous issues. Lowe’s has washed their hands of selling faulty goods and the warranty company is crap. Says you have to have someone come out at least three times and they still do NOTHING. Oh and by the way if your a business owner you loose a half of a days /business/work income waiting on said repair person to visit (and they don’t offer reimbursement for that). What a gimmick they have going, these are the kind of swindlers that need to go under.

    I normally have no issues with this location, but tonight was a different story and it left me speechless. I want to start off by making sure others know, you do NOT have to physically scan your drivers license to get your military discount. No matter the attitude or push back that you get from the employees, even if the associate lies straight to your face saying the policy changed months ago, you absolutely do not have to provide your drivers license to be scanned. We had no other choice but to come here because the Home Depot down the street was closed due to snow. Everything was going well until we went to self checkout. The amount of attitude I got from Kaleema for simply saying I didn’t feel comfortable scanning my ID is crazy. After I read the screen saying that it states I can either provide proof or scan my ID, she refused to help at all while shrugging her shoulders and continued to stand with her arms folded in the aisle while I just stood there wondering why I was getting this hostility in the first place. Honestly, I considered just leaving everything there at the register for being treated like that for no reason other than being a customer. I decided to back out and tried scanning my Lowe’s QR code in the app, and it worked. I didn’t have to provide any ID. I really recommend that management goes back and reviews the footage to see how their employees are talking and treating their customers, because no one wants to shop in a rude and hostile environment.

    Went to the storeI went to Lowe’s because I had a gift card and needed to purchase a paint sprayer. Home Depot had the same item on sale, while Lowe’s did not. Based on Lowe’s advertised price match guarantee, I requested a price match. Unfortunately, this location would not honor the price match, despite it being within Lowe’s stated policy. It was disappointing to be told that the policy would not be followed at this store, especially when choosing to shop there specifically because of the gift card.
