- PLPriya LintonFeb 13, 20261.0okay experience until something actually went wrong. first of all, they are very shady about pricing. our monthly payment went up significantly and although they email for every single thing, they don’t email about price increases, they snail mail it, which we never received. we visited our unit after being out of state for a while. there was mice droppings and urine all over our belongings and inside the droppings there were pieces of rodenticide. many of our things were also chewed on by mice. the guy working was helpful until we were clear that this was an issue for us. unfortunately we were there on a saturday night close to closing and he wanted to get rid of us to go hang out with his friends (we have our whole conversation recorded and we caught him saying this). he assured us that he would call us first thing on monday to get things figured out. we came from out of town and couldn’t get back to our unit until wednesday. when he saw us pull in he said he tried to call us which is a complete lie. we told him we didn’t want to talk and we were just there to get our things. as soon as we said we didn’t want to talk, he went inside and called us twice and emailed us to pretend that he had tried to get in touch with us before. we were in an urgent situation and couldn’t wait to file an insurance claim so we ended up having to trash a little more than half our belongings.
