- BBBen BowlingApr 6, 20261.0BUYER BEWARE...... I used this machine for 2 years for house keys. I got a car with only one key. Its a newer model, and the key has to be programmed. This machine was the cheapest around if you're willing to wait for it in the mail. Just about a year later of having a key made/programmed from keyme, i started having extended starting issues. It eventually got so bad i had it towed 2 times, and eventually 2k in false repairs and labor trying to figure it out. The keyme key that i had made, wasnt being reconized by my car's security system. Which would let the car turn over but not fire. After further examination, i find that the key, wasnt even registered into the cars computer. They have mirrored the original scanned master key, and what ever transponder in the key became unrecognizable. I did contact them via email, and they refunded all keys made by them. Very frustrating over a $60 key
