  Today, 11/12/2025, I had Smith's Tree Care prune two trees on my property in Hampton. The main one was located in my front yard, the other in my back yard. I am a repeat customer and have used them before back in 2019 and 2021. Today, was my 3rd time having them here. Making the appointment with Smith's Tree Care was very easy and the office staff that handled my call was very friendly and accommodating. The two workers who came today were Steve and Sam. My appointment was schedule for a time frame of between 8 to 9AM. They were at my house right around 8AM. That was nice that they were prompt. This was my first time meeting them both and they did a great job. I had alot of over-hanging branches over my driveway, front sidewalk, and others almost touching the front roof of my home. They trimmed back everything I wanted done and I couldn't be more happier then I am now. Steve used the cherry picker and got right up into my tree and did a good job trimming. Sam trimmed the lower branches and cleaned up all the cuttings that came down. I am 100% satisfied in their work and how much better my front tree looks now. If you are looking for a top notch tree trimming outfit look no further. Forget the rest and deal with the best. Thanks to everyone at Smith's Tree Cre I dealt with today, you really made my day.   Your driver needs to SLOW down and yield to pedestrians already in the crosswalk. Driver actually sped up to make a right turn while pedestrian was in crosswalk. The pedestrian shouldn't have to stop in the crosswalk because your driver sped up and turned in front of them. The pedestrian had the crosswalk signal and was already in the crosswalk and almost to the other side of the street. Your driver did ALL of this to go and sit at a red light on Jefferson. SLOW DOWN before you run over someone!

  Smith's did a fantastic job. Even our neighbors complimented their professionalism and the way they left the area so clean. We were thrilled with the work. This is the second time we have hired this company and would certainly hire them again. Fully recommend them!

  Phenomenal service, from the 1st call to completion, all employees were professional, I had a multitude of trees pruned (12) with obstacles, canopies raised, vines cut, the crew I had were a dream team, they used ladders, extended poles, the bucket truck and some trees needed to be climbed, none of it was a problem for them, clean-up was immaculate, can't thank you enough, did I mention affordable? See you next year!

  Extraordinary team. I had a challenge that Derek mastered in no time. An ivy covered tree that he had to climb and cut. He is a master of his profession. The rest of the crew were just as professional and worked non stop to get the job done. TEAM WORK!! THANK YOU SMITH'S TREE CARE!
