I have been visiting this store for many years and I know most of the staff very well. However, I have noticed that the quality of customer service has declined significantly lately. Several employees have been treating customers poorly, and I believe this is an issue that should be addressed, as it negatively affects the overall experience in the store.

Came to Lowes to get stuff for a remodel project. Chris S. Was very helpful and nice. He let me know where everything i needed was located, even made sure i had the right stuff. His knowledge of the merchandise in the store and how to do electrical properly was very impressive. When leaving, I had problems with the machine at self checkout, the cashier working the machines named Jamal came over and straightened it out fast. He was very courteous and professional. Both of these employees made my experience great and I will definitely shop here again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
