When dad passed away a short time ago, and we were cleaning out his unit, we saw Makayla sweeping what little debris was on the service road between the units. She was polite and cheerful, saying hello to us. A little later, one of us dropped a picture frame, scattering glass fragments everywhere. Makayla was quick to get us a broom and dustpan so that none of us stepped on the glass. It's nice to be able to "catch someone doing good"!
