  As a customer for 3 years we are being stationed to a new state in the three years, we have only ever had Alex a service tech perform all services on the house within that three years Alex has shown his knowledge and experience with the product along with teaching us preventable measures, we can take to keep our house clear of problems. I wanted to take a moment and thank you Alex for your phenomenal services and really treating us like a valued customer E&R is a very fortunate company to have you on their team

  We we’re having issues with German roaches due to our neighbors bombing and using a pest control company, so a close friend recommended E&R Exterminating. From the moment they answered the phone, they were polite, courteous and extremely professional. They explained how everything would work , set up my appointment, and went over several different options for treatment. They were very thorough in their explanations to the point I had no questions at the end of the call. We received a courtesy call from our technician Alex to let us know he was finished earlier than expected with his previous call, and wanted to know if we would be available earlier. When he showed up he parked at the roadside instead of in the driveway as to not block anyone in. He was polite and appreciative when I offered for him to use the driveway to shorten trips to the truck. He explained everything in great detail in relation to our pest problem, went over everything he was going to do and inspect, left us with absolutely no questions on what was to be done. Once he set to work, he was very neat and meticulous, and respectful of our home. After treatment, he explained what we could expect over the course of the next week or 2 until his return visit. Alex returned today for our secondary treatment, and we received the exact same exceptional service! It was the first visit all over again with the same meticulous care and left us again with absolutely no questions on anything. Our pest problem is slightly larger than most, but the reduction was drastic after the first visit, as well as our spiders are gone in the garage, and all other typical pests are nowhere to be found. This is hands down the most professional pest control company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, they produce results, and I will make sure that they get the credit they deserve! I have referred them to several friends already, and cannot praise them enough! Thank you Alex, and thank you to the exceptional staff at E&R Extermination! You have a customer for life!!!

  As a new homeowner you are inidated with marketing for services for your home. I actually had a pest control company in mind which was E&R Exterminating through a recommendation from a friend and I am glad I called them. Our home was the main stopping ground for ants this year as we had thousands both in the front and back of the house. Their technician was very informative and walked me around the entire home both inside and out explaining what our issues were and what services he recommended to rid us not only of the ants but spiders as well. With one service we saw a hugh improvement and they actually made a point to stop back in two weeks to do a quick follow up application to ensure the problem was solved. They do quarterly programs to ensure your home is monitored through the year. I would recommend this pest control company to my family and friends!
