  We were just starting out shopping for new furniture with the idea of completely redesigning our reliving room, and we just happened to see the La-Z-Boy show room on Midlothian Tpk. We had already made up our mind that a recliner love seat would be the centerpiece if our new living room, so we figured this would he a good place to start. We were greeted by Sharron, who was wonderful, friendly, and so helpful. She gave us a good education on all things recliner and the history and advantages of La-Z-Boy recliners. She showed us all the offerings , and soon found the recliner of our dreams. Then we told her our plan to redesign a room around the recliner, and she told us about their free design program that starts with a home visit with the designer. Our designer Rachel was amazing she was so talented, and easy to work with and was able to help us creat the living room we wanted, right from the home visit to the delivery and set up, she was there every step of the way. We absolutely love our new recliner, tables, lamps, rugs, and we absolutely loved our no pressure shopping, and design experience.

  We love Lazy boy products, so on a whim I checked out this location bc we were looking for a sleeper sofa for our son. Immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted by Sharon, who kindly showed me the sleeper sofa I was looking for. Later I returned with my husband to check it out again, and we were helped by Heather and Donna, both of whom were very patient and kind and super helpful. We asked lots of questions and checked out color swatches, and all the while both Heather and Donna were so wonderful! It was a very quick and easy transaction, and we’re so pleased with the service and selection! Highly recommend this location- the staff is fabulous!

  Very easy transaction from start to finish. I am extremely impressed with the service I got at the La-Z-Boy showroom in Midlothian, VA. Chris was the young man who helped me with my recliner sofa purchase. Chris was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He had just the right amount of input and was not pushy which can be intimidating. The sofa was in stock and was delivered within a week. The delivery was also seamless, and the two men who delivered it were fast and efficient. I am so very happy with my new recliner sofa. I should also note the price I paid on sale was incredible compared to other stores that do not have the reputation La-Z-Boy has.
