The floor personnel are inadequately trained and unhelpful in choosing your preferred item. The manager is arrogant and dismissive. The floor furniture is organized into room like settings making the searching for a particular item most difficult. If you enjoy humiliation and disrespect Lazyboy is the place for you to shop.

My husband took the chair apart and showed me how it was screwed together. One screw was put in crooked and one screw fell out and one was missing. He was able to fix it. But he was not happy to see that after all we paid for it.

He started to show me the recliners. After awhile, I found a recliner. It was a rocker which I was interested in. But after sitting in the rocker a few times, I knew this was the recliner I wanted. I shopped at 3 other stores and almost bought one. So I figure i would try Lazy Boy and glad I did. I bought the recliner in about 30 minutes. Chris is an amazing sales person and his knowledge about Lazy Boy is a true asset.
