Thank You Sharon and Rachel as you were so helpful and patient in assisting us. Would definitely recommend stopping by this store if you are in the market for New furniture!
- MGMary Gregory6 days ago5.0Overall our experience was very positive— the sales person was very patient and helpful although we could have been shown a couple of similar selections at different prices that I later observed online. I’m sure some weren’t in the store but others were. The add on fees are numerous at the end of the purchase which wasn’t expected. However if the chair performs well and lasts over 5 years (10?) then it will have been worth the little things and money!?
- JCJohn CaseFeb 27, 20261.0I purchased and received my chair on Feb 3rd. I noticed a scratchy noise and called Comfort Care , it took 2 weeks to come to repair. More delays, Comfort Care told me to go to local La-Z-Boy , set up a return and purchase another chair. I did this on Feb24th. I am still waiting to see a return/refund for $1,072 and a new charge of $1,027.07 on my account. Why is there a delay on these transactions?

Overall, a much better than some of the sub rate furniture stores like rooms to go, and you can tell the quality is better. Highly recommend!!

He showed us the recliners that met our requests and specifications. We purchased what we wanted in record time, without any problems. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new recliner in about 6 weeks. Best service and extreme politeness.
