His behavior came across as judgmental, and it felt as though he was scrutinizing or sizing me up based on whether he thought I could afford something.. do better
- EBErica BashaSep 5, 20251.0Recently went to browse furniture for my bedroom and living room. Initially I was greeted by some friendly staff, who then paired me up with a design specialist. The design specialist acted annoyed at any questions I asked, didn’t offer any suggestions based on some parameters I had given, and essentially just told me to go “look at the website”. Instead of spending any money at RH, I headed across the hall the Arhaus and made all of my purchases from there instead.
- JIJohn Smith IIIAug 11, 20251.0Remodeling our home and needed to purchase new family room and living room furniture. Stopped at Restoration Hardware in Tysons. Big mistake, HUGE mistake! First, after being greeted upon entering the store the rest of our time walking around the store was the worst shopping experience. For the amount of money that their furniture cost, you cannot tell me that NOBODY is available. Seriously, you cannot come see me to ask if there are any questions or anything that they can do to assist. I felt neglected, not appreciated and got the heck out of that store. I’m not going to beg anyone to take my money! Whoever told Restoration Hardware that ignoring customers is how you get business needs to be FIRED! Will NEVER, ever, EVER step foot in this store. And I would recommend that you don’t either.

I was racially profiled and was told that they no longer have a lamp available when I showed them on there website they sales rep told me to order online as he doesn't want to help. So, I took my business to Arhaus and they know how to treat a client.
