  I recently ordered the firewood as always do as a 4 year customer, from Sherman Outdoor Services and for the very first time I felt offended how they treated me and handled the customer service.I simply asked them if they can deliver the order by Saturday, or Sunday and dump the delivery in the sidewalk. They even asked me if is any other day or not, just text that we can’t deliver and sending a refund. I texted them and called them a couple of times, after 2 days they picked up and the lady (Mary) was very rude. I just asked why they can as they did every year , she told me I don’t know other years because I only have 1 year in.The worst customer service experience. If they treat the customer like this they will lose their business 😢.

  Great firewood delivery service from Sherman Outdoor Services. They had several wood options for my fire pit supply and delivered/stacked promptly. I really appreciated how well they communicated and got me exactly what I needed. Will use again for my next resupply and highly recommend.

  Yes, buying kiln dried wood from Sherman Outdoor Services is totally worth it. I live in a DC row house with a narrow alley way that my driveway connects to. Even with that degree of challenge, Sherman had no difficulty bringing a truck in and skillfully backing into the driveway to deliver half a cord of wood. We have frequent fires in our Solo stove and the high-quality wood burns beautifully every night without exception. We've been customers every year since 2020 and you can bet we'll turn to them again next winter, too.

  The firewood, the customer service and the firewood delivery are all consistently excellent. This year I went with the hickory and it smells amazing!! I have been using them for 3 years now and I couldn't give a better recommendation! Thank you Sherman Outdoor!
