Really very bad experience with this store been buying over 15000 dollar in material and almost always messing all the order, the assistant manager Melody and Trisha don't have any clues of how to treat customer, disrespect people and them they spect people to respect them. Also called the store and they leave you waiting forever. Never going back to this store location. Thank you

Shoutout to the 5 male employees in Lumber that walked by and saw me loading 20 4x4x12, and 6bags of 80lb concrete and didnt care to ask me if I needed help. Especially to the two that laughed as I struggled to push a faulty cart out the door. Its sad. Ive been in buisness for 10yrs and had been so loyal to Lowes but the customer service in "PRO" IS GARBAGE. NO1 CARES TO HELP.. SOME OF US KNOW WHAT WE NEED. WE JUST NEED HELP LOADING BUT THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF THAT

The absolute best Lowes store in my area! I ordered some flooring supplies here through the app which caused some pickup issues. While I thought the entire order was for pick up, some items were automatically issued for delivery. Luckily, the staff noticed and was able to not only let me pick up our items while I was there, they were also to catch that some quantities were off and helped me get enough to complete my project which saved me an extra trip to the store.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I purchased a dishwasher online. Installation with the store was not available. I paid a local plumber to install the dishwasher only to find out it did not work. I called the store, Lowe's customer service and Frigidaire. No one wanted to own up to correcting the matter. The solution offered was for me to pay someone to uninstall the inoperable dishwasher, wait for Lowe's to pick it up, issue a refund and I purchase something new and pay to have it installed. Nevermind that I had already spent 3 weeks with an inoperable dishwasher, 12 phone calls and now a empty space in my kitchen. Lowe's blamed Frigidaire and Frigidaire blamed Lowe's. A local plumber offered to uninstall and pick up a new dishwasher from the store to install. Surprisingly the store doesn't even have one in stock!!! I now am waiting for the dishwasher to be picked up and having to go all the way to Greensboro or Roanoke to purchase something new from Home Depot. Oh yeah, I was promised a $25 gift card from the Lowe's customer service rep. I have worked in management for 28 years and I completely understand that things happen, however the failure to resolve the issue is terribly unbelievable!!
The Martinsville store manager, Susan said,"it was above her pay grade." WHAT????
Needless to say, Lowe's will never get another dime from me.
