- MMMitchApr 6, 20261.0The guy at the paint counter was great. Unfortunately, two ceiling fans I bought rang up for the wrong price. Had to go to customer service to get it corrected. Cashier called the manager. Said told him the managers were all in a meeting and it had to wait. Was told the meeting started at 3pm. I and two other customers just waited at the return counter for 44 minutes. This is absurd. They should just close the store if the employees can’t help customers while the managers are in a meeting.

As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing. Yes I'm stubborn enough to wait 45 minutes. My husband even went up to the front desk to try to get somebody to come help us and all they did was call the desk I was standing next to waiting for an employee! You'd think they'd be a little more motivated to get the $2137 I was spending a new washer and dryer!

They didn't shut the door on me, but opened a window. All the staff are nice and approachable. We love Lowe's free monthly DIY activities. This exposes my child to becoming a builder himself with the use of hammer and nails. This is such a great community program. Thank you!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
