- DTD TranMar 28, 20265.0Facility is clean, safe, and has good security. The carts are always available. The rates do jump up like anything else over time but if you speak to management they are reasonable in adjusting them if possible. Everett at Manassas location is always willing to help over the phone or in person.
- SWS WilliamsonMar 16, 20263.0Clean and easy to access. 3 complaints that keep me from giving 5 stars. Had 2 rentals, one was the smallest size. It was like a double size mortuary drawer. These snake units are stacked with one at flour level and the other above it. Just high enough so that things in the back of the unit couldn't be reached without a step or stool or something. Guess what was not provided. I'm sure it was for insurance reasons but it made those units very impractical. Second complaint is the bigger units are not lighted. Bring your own lighting - they can get very dark inside. Final complaint - had the larger unit maybe 2 months and they raised the price around $100. Yes, it was an increase of around 33%. I know they all do it sometimes but that still doesn't make it right. So that's why 3 stars.
