She walked up to me and said “do you need help” and I said no. She again said “do you need help scanning?” And I said no. She got some girl to start scanning. So I said I didn’t need help but go ahead. We were literally in line at self check out for almost 20-30 minutes. Not only did they not know how to adjust the prices for the clearance plants but they created a massive line! I have been in customer service for over 13 years! You don’t ever treat customers like that. I guess they have discounted their checks in the past for people stealing. Talk about a bunch of clowns

We were standing by the pet section in the front of the store and the female employee-instead of saying excuse me so we'd know she needed to check a price, she just stood there, called herself just shoving herself behind us to reach up and get the price and had the nerve to make a noise to mean she was impatient! For Lowes-I did report this but just in case, the employee was a black female, short haircut wearing a gold shirt and stretch pants. This was around 10:15am. She really needs an attitude adjustment.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
