I am going on Year 2 of my storage unit, and the price hikes are CRAZY! Each year, they have hiked the monthly rates by $100! Yes, $100! They have basically doubled the cost of my unit within 2 years, and they just send a little flyer in the mail to notify you of this increase. How is it fair to increase rates so much that basically the person can’t afford their unit within a year or two?? Just really disappointed in this type of service when I have always paid on time and taken care of my unit. Beware of this storage unit, as they will just take advantage of you down the road.

I was able to secure a unit online in just a few minutes and it was ready to use at the time I requested. Rick has been extremely pleasant to work with. He’s really friendly and makes sure you get the best deal possible and really goes out of his way to make sure your unit works for you. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and he helped me transition into a unit very quickly. I’ve used several storage units over the years as my husband travels for work and the customer service at this location is above any other. I feel like my items are very safe and the facility is clean and in a secure area. I highly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs!
