    horrible experience. scheduled 3 times for a virtual consultation and only was able to speak with someone on the last try. didn’t hear from said person for a week. when i tried calling back, it appears my number was blocked. called the customer service and requested a follow up only to be told the services i asked for actually couldn’t be possible. waste of time and energy. do not use this company.

    Very poor/ rude customer service after my purchase. Would not recommend this company to anyone and would never do business again. I went to this location today because my door seal strip that was installed by Dulles glass tore. I tried to find the replacement part on their website but couldn’t find the correct size. I called and asked if they had the seal strip from my master bathroom in stock they said yes and I could pick it up today. When I arrived at the store, they acted like they didn’t remember the conversation that I had with them over the phone and said “ you know you could have just ordered this online, right ?’” I said I would have but couldn’t find the correct one. After I made my purchase, they gave me a seal strip that was obviously too long and I asked can you cut it tot the correct size? They said no they couldn’t without any explanation. Absolutely last time I ever do business with the lousy company. !

    We live in the Chicago Suburbs and ordered two large glass table tops. The larger of the two arrived on time and super well packaged. The second was lost by FedEx, but I notified the company that it was super delayed and they continued to follow up on it daily and immediately sent out a replacement that arrived timely. It also arrived in pristine condition and packaging. We are very happy with how Dulles conducts their business and we will be back to shop again for our future projects. If you live out-of-state and need a review on ordering from this place, fear not. It was all well done and very smooth!
