  Crstal Clean installed clothes dryer ductwork venting to exterior for a condo. They pulled County permits and were present for final County inspection (which passed 🎉🎉). Great communication about installation design, cost estimate questions, actual date/time of install & inspection. They sent me copies of everything I asked for (for coding association!). I live in a different state, and Crystal Clear' communication with me and my tenant was super. Installation was clean and inconspicuous. I'll also use CC for the bi-annusl venting inspections required by the HOA. I'm a happy customer! 5 star exper

  The tech Kevin,was outstanding,he had to troubleshoot behind others and figure out what they had done, in order for the heat to work in my down stairs. Job well done.

  Overall the service was great. Cleaned our vents and dryer duct. The only complaint is that they did not clean up some areas. My daughter had drywall and dirt on her bathroom counter. Also some on other counters and floor area that I had to clean up. Some previous reviews mentioned how the guys cleaned up well after themselves so I was surprised to see this. Maybe ensure they always go back around and vacuum where possible.

  Dylan and KG did an excellent job with our air duct cleaning. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. You can really tell they care about doing it right. Highly recommend!

  Very pleased with the friendly and professional customer service. They went above and beyond to find a solution to access and clean the dryer vent in a particularly tight-space situation. For those saying that their dryer vent cleaning prices are high - I do not agree. Their prices are fair within the market and I would say actually more reasonable than most places. They do not hide their price and are a flat fee with a free estimate - it is much better than most of their competition. Thank you for your patience and service to Justin and his assistant! Will recommend to anyone looking for fair prices and great customer service.
