- GEGia EmiNov 16, 20255.0Holy take my breath away. I closed on my house on Halloween. Not the happiest day. Sister and I ran to Lowe’s to pick up some things. I wanted door knobs but I just couldn’t think. Interrupted a team meeting (i think i’ve figured out it was a little more than a regular store team meeting but shhhhh) asking for help. Boy, did I get it. Door knobs-check. Other requests-I turned around, everything is in a shopping cart that appeared. I was walked to the front of the store to make sure my military discount was given. Guys, they donated everything. I was a hot mess. Crying at checkout. Hugging everyone. I just moved to Lynchburg knowing no one. You better brlieve I’ll know every person in that store.

We would like to Recognize, Jason, this guy goes above and beyond for his customers. It awesome when you come back in and he remembers you. Not many places are like that. Zac, he helped us to get our sink and all the extras we needed. He walked us up front when going. Then Austin, checked us out. Haven’t seen such a polite young man in a long time. Acknowledged us from the time we were getting ready to check out, offered his services to help. We definitely have our go to store when we need anything !!! These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
