  poor customer service.check out is slower than slow. and they don't open new line even with long lines. and then they check out each person so slow. do they hire slow people intentionally? very inconsiderate customer service.

  I love this Hobby Lobby everyone here is very nice and helpful. I am paralyzed so it can be hard for me to reach items but they're always happy to assist. They have a great assortment of crafts here which I love. I recently found that they carry bathroom items everything from shelves to eye mask. They have also added a pet area which I was surprised to find also.

  The associates at this Hobby Lobby in Christiansburg were outstanding. We had multiple questions about goods that we were selecting for floral wedding centerpieces and the store had a fantastic supply. All the associates we made inquiries of were knowledgeable, helpful and walked us to the product in question. They helped clarify our decisions on some items and were very congenial and helpful. The store is large and required quite a bit of walking. The prices were a little high, but the current 40% off helped lower the bill at checkout. There was only one active checkout open, leading to a long line of shoppers waiting. All of the goods were organized well and associates were seen sorting items that had been misplaced by customers. I wish there was a Hobby Lobby closer to where I live, but a 45-minute drive is not bad when what you need craftwise is available.
