  I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs. The facility is clean and I like the fact that it is climate controlled. The online process of renting a unit was user friendly. The employees are very polite and answers all questions you may have. My experience has been great.

  Mark was very helpful and professional. His assistance in acquiring our rental unit was top notch. He made having to rent the unit from Texas for our college student a pleasant experience, he answered all our questions and assured us the facility is well maintained and secured. Thanks Mark

  I just wanted to say Mark and Kay both the persons that I spoke with and dealt with hearing an extra storage for extremely helpful awesome and really helped me in my time of me I couldn’t appreciate either one of them more I definitely give this place five stars plus

  (AVOID THIS PLACE) I came by their 306 Border street location today in search of a unit and was honest about just price checking multiple facilities in the area. No one was in the office, but they had a sign with a # to call or text. I called and texted to no answer. I left and came back and there were 2 people there and apparently their phone had accidentally been placed on silent. No biggie I thought. Their District Training Manager was there with a new hire. He is the one that decided to try and help me, again no issues there. After discussing multiple things about their facility and unit we got to the price. This is where and why I left a 1 STAR 🌟 review. The DTM tried to sell me on their online price which was heavily discounted to their in store price. But they also charged a $29 administration fee for doing it online with doesn't take any administering so why the large fee??? Then I mentioned again how I was price shopping and that when he tried to sell me on the price because oh wait it changes EVERYDAY. I asked why in the world would you do that when nothing else but gas changes like that. And he replied with its our algorithm. I asked him why they would do that since it is such a predatory tactic attacking people's fear of missing out of a good deal. He said its just what their algorithm says to do. I asked why you would change your prices daily even in a small town like ours and he tried to sell me it was for the good of both the customer and company. I responded with no it's only good to make more money off of people's fears. I then asked if they do rental increases. He tried to hold back but said yes the unit will absolutely have a rental increase. He said it would be based off of their algorithm. I asked why would I sign up for a lease that allows you to rental increase whenever you want to and with the promise that you will do it. I also asked if it would ever come down. He said thats just how the world works and that everything goes up in value. I reminded him not EVERYDAY! He also confirmed that it will NEVER go down! So if you don't want to have your rent increased almost every month for no other reason then for the company to make more money as well as preyed upon for your fear of missing out of a good deal then DO NOT STORE HERE!!! Also the District Training Manager shouldn't be training anyone. He couldn't give me any real answers other than thats just what our algorithm says to do. SO NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!!
