Kay explained the different options they had for my mom that came with a good monthly budget for her; when going in to get everything done we met with Raj who was very patient and helpful with my mom on getting her unit that was very well needed. He gave us a tour before signing any contract; the unit even came with a lock/key. He showed us how to use it and also helped with downloading the extra space app on her phone. Very nice customer service!
