I've been using them for a few years and I probably won't stop until my house is perfect! Even the electronics through them has lasted! I highly recommend if it's in your budget. And if you're not satisfied just return it and try again.

Unfortunately, no selection and the ones we liked were beyond used and smelled so bad. The one we were looking at was saturated in urine. Couldn't smell it until you lifted the pillows up. There was 1 backrest pillow different from the rest. That made me decide to really examine the couch by lifting the seating up to see what condition it was really in. At that point I was told I shouldn't ever do that. That was alarming and really made me feel the used items should be burned, not resold at regular price. I immediately made a decision to not even bother and absolutely would not trust buying anything used from this place. I knew better than to even contemplate any used furniture but this made it clear to only purchase new. I couldn't wait to get home and get a shower. Bagged my clothes until I wash them. Nobody should leave the store feeling as such. Very disappointed and slightly angry. Do better. You rely on your customers for your store to remain open. I left feeling like this is just a big scam. High dollar for nasty furniture. Feel my money is best used elsewhere. My other thought is, how do I know it's really new if they're trying to get over on people for the overly used products?

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
