Would have given them 0 stars but cant. No matter what we buy from there, something is always broke and needs replacing. They were supposed to deliver a replacement dryer today between 11am and 3 pm. They called at 3 saying they would be here by 4. So I wasted 4 hours vacation. So sick of this bullshit with them. Last dollar they ever get off me.

I do shop at lowe's quite often. I have found that they don't seem to have everything that you need for specific jobs. I wanted to buy a toolbox off of them.They had the one on display , and I was ready to buy it. The salesperson said we can't sell this one.It's a floor model, and we don't have any of these in stock.We can order it for you. I didn't realize that they do a lot of things that way.They don't have women's stock.They do have floor models but if you like it they've got to order it for you. They do this with appliances, they do this with lawn mowers, they do this with tools.They do this with lots of things. Unfortunately , I needed what I was buying that day so I had to take my business to another store a different vendor.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
