    This particular Lowes in Leesburg is the best Lowes location I have been to. Store id clean and well organized and, like the days of old, employees were around offering assistance. The only issue was no paper towel in the men's restroom.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.. I was there this morning, trying to place an order for over $20,000 and pay for my daily purchases. I asked the Pro Service Manager to help me, and he refused, referring me to the cashier. I think the new manager's name is Chris, but he's truly a terrible person.

    I had a very frustrating in-store return experience at Lowe’s. The process was slow, communication was poor, and the staff showed little interest in helping. What should have been a simple return turned into a waste of time. Extremely disappointed.

    They do not disappoint. The time prior I needed to go in for my refrigerator had a power surge and the associate looked up and told me that I was still within my extended warranty and then I had a tech come out and order part and fix for free. I just recently got my new washer and dryer and the associate was so patient with me while I was shopping and helped me narrow down what I needed or wanted. Very happy with the service.
