    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This store has the worst customer service and management. I bought a dishwasher and installation services. installer damaged my cabinet. I have been trying to get the issue resolved and so far no resolution. Left 3 messages for store manager Bryon to call me and he never called back. Peaches who is an assistant store manager is very rude. I told her about the issue and she told me that it’s not Lowe’s fault that installer damaged the cabinet. She kept taking installer side and told me that cabinet was already damaged. She has no customer service skills and hung up the phone on me. I twice emailed the salesperson who sold me the dishwasher, installation and warranty for district and regional manager contact information. He never replied back.

    Huge help from Mo at the Leesburg location! I had an issue finding a part for a faucet that not even the manufacturer sold, and he was able to help me find a solution to my problem!

    Failed to deliver a water heater on schedule, failed to advise in advance or contact me the day of the delivery that it was not coming. Pointed the finger at their supplier for making the mistake. Delivery will not be 1 month later than expected as they had reorder from scratch.
