  Now I never am the person to complain because I understand that things change when it comes to business. I've worked in customer service since I was 16 and I am now 20 years old so I tend to have more patience for stuff like this. But this is absolutely ridiculous!! When I first booked the Smith I got told that is would be $152 and some change and that they would arrive in THIRTY MINUTES!!! If I knew it was going to take OVER AND HOUR I would have taken my business somewhere else! So after waiting the thirty minutes I check my messages and see that they changed it to the 75-105 minute wait!! So I called back because I had some other things to do before I go to work and I tell the lady who picked up the phone that what she said was wrong and it is a bit ridiculous that she said thirty minutes and then I get messaged something completely different and how I didn't have the time to wait that long. So she switched me over to customer service that was WORSE I told him the situation and he said that he would check for me. 30 minutes pass and I was getting a little frustrated but I calmed myself down because I thought well if he is taking this long he is doing something about it! WRONG I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HOUR!! Only TWO things this man said first when he picked up the phone telling me who he is and then saying he will try and fixe the problem! All he did was nothing for over an hour waisting my time and my money!! I picked this place because I saw the good reviews out way the bad but apparently not at all at the kilmonic VA!! If you call I will just say now DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE IT IS ATROCIOUS!!!

  Extremely disrespectful. While speaking with the representative, he wouldn’t listen to what I had going on, cut me off in mid sentence and put me on hold. If a company isn’t willing to communicate with the customer effectively, they deserve 1 star.

  Called 3:44 11/5 I locked my keys in my car at a store in Lively, Va. 3:55 I first asked if definitely someone was in area to help they said yes 2-3 times, they would dispatch as soon as I paid $140. Once that was done I was expecting someone. Then 4:00 text came in searching for someone to help so they lied right off the back. 4:05 text still searching 4:09, still searching 4:15 search taking longer then expected 4:20 sorry for delay 4:25, have not forgotten you 4:27 we are unable to help you will refund your money. Horrible company to lie then leave a person sitting. I could of tried to call some else I ended up accidentally breaking my truck back popout window but I finally got my truck open. I was alone in an area with noone around. Would not recommend 😡

  I had 4 keys made. The question on the key making machine stated that for more money the key could be deburred. It was not clear if this was the price per key or for the order. As the keys are garuanteed to work I opted out and my keys are very rough and 2 need to be jiggled to work in the lock. I still don't know if deburring is per key or per order but opt to get that final step done as the key is really rough, more difficult to use, and acording to some articles on the internet, could mess up the lock.
