  Very unprofessional! I arrived to my storage unit only to find that the snow had not been cleared 3 weeks after the big storm! It was almost a foot deep and turned mostly to ICE. They hired a plow service to clear the driveway around the units, but the snow was pushed up against half of the storage unit doors, which makes it impossible to get inside. They had 3 weeks to fix the problem – but didn’t. The best they could offer me was an ice pick and shovel. It will probably be another week or so before I can get into my unit – which they just raised the rent on :(

  I had a very reassuring experience with Mini U Storage on Wall Road. The facility is clean, well maintained, and easy to access, with gated entry and good lighting that made it feel secure and well cared for. The layout is organized and easy to navigate. Mr. CM was consistently professional and helpful when I had questions, and the move-in process was smooth and clearly communicated. Overall, this location feels dependable and well managed, and I am comfortable storing my belongings here long-term.

  6 months ago I followed the correct process of moving my stuff out, requesting a move out through the app, and removing my lock. For the past 6 months this company has tried to charge my card they have on file every single month claiming that I never moved out. Then after I blocked them in my bank account they somehow charged my card from a different merchant account to bypass the block and charged me for months of rent that I did not use and did not owe. If you don’t want to get scammed store your stuff elsewhere. There is a storage facility just down the road that I would HIGHLY recommend. To be honest I would recommend throwing your belongings in your local river or lake before recommending mini U storage
