You can't return ANY christmas decorations after 12/24. I over bought on lights. They are brand new still in the packaging. Terrible return policy. Not printed on the receipt! Lowe's beat me out of $20 plus taxes.

Visited this store yesterday to grab a couple RR Ties because they are the only Lowe's in the area to carry them. Walking through the store and shopping you could tell the employees were so disengaged, morale was horrible and just seemed they all hated their jobs. Not 1 single associate smiled or made eye contact as we walked around. After purchasing, we waited outside for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring out the forklift to get the ties loaded. I went back in to see what the hold up was, and was told they were coming. 10 minutes later a extremely rude and bossy woman came out on the lift and was literally yelling at all the associates as she drove by them, went to the pile of damaged RR Ties and told an associate and myself that we needed to pick them up and put them on the forks because she couldn't do it with the lift. I replied and said that all these ties seems to be damaged and very rough, but they had 4 other bundles with good ties on them. She snapped at me and told me she wasn't breaking no bands and this pile is what I get. I answered I didn't just pay for damaged product. Her response was she didn't have time for all this and drove away. The associates that was with her just shook his head and walked inside, but came back in a few minutes with side cutters and said he was sorry, let's cut these bands and get you what you paid for. (He was great). I apologized to him for having to deal with the other associates attitude and that's when he informed me that was actually the stores manager. Wow, people like her are the reason why good people are hard to find, they are being ran out of the workforce and killing associate morale. Shame on you Lowe's!
