    I will start this by saying, there's some really good people working at this store. Thank you to those select few !! This store is severely under staffed this coupled with people that are either burned out or don't care " it's hard to tell the difference but same outcome " makes this store one of my least favorite places to go. You are as likely to get attitude as you are to get help. The manager is all about excuses rather than results. Not helpful !! What ever happened to cashier's ? What ever happened to customer service ? What happened to going the extra mile because it's the right thing to do. Corporate, staff your store with more people and bring back the employee manned registers. With the excessively high prices on all goods, along with the record high profit margins shown by large corporations today, I think you can afford it. Please keep this in mind, I can choose where to spend my money. If a store isn't a pleasant place to shop. I will likely drive future to find a store that is or decide not to do a project that isn't essential and keep my money in my pocket. Witch was my decision today.

    Michael from lawn and garden was probably one of the most helpful people I’ve ever had when shopping. He stopped what he was doing to point me in the right direction (which he didn’t need to do but did). Dude deserves a Lowes service star!

    I’m honestly disappointed with the customer service provided at this store. I placed an order on the 17th of January. It’s now the end of the month and it’s still not here. I wake up and it’s saying my payment declined. So I double checked, it refunded me the money and tried to charge me again but my card was frozen. Lowe’s system refreshes every 7 days according to CS agent and so we called the store for my pick up details because it showed the item shipped and was delivered on their end. The store worker was being so rude and dismissive, and hung up in my face. I don’t aim to be rude to CS workers because I work in CS. She just showed she had no patience to deal with my order situation. She kept saying it was declined and I’m telling her the order is paid for and that’s not the reason for the delay. The system just refreshes every week. She said it’s because of the snow, and I said but it wasn’t snowing here 2 weeks ago. And I can understand the snow causing delays but this order been delayed before the snow. This is not how good customer service is done. Ima just try the Lowe’s on Chester and hope for better customer service.
