I did call to try and rectify this, I was told the manager would give me a call back but I have not heard back from her. I was also informed that the my new rate was actually higher than the "market" rate of my unit. I get it, its hard to avoid an increase but $100 for renters that pay on time every month and have had business with them for over 2 years? A $100 increase is not in my budget
