I shop at this Lowes frequently for my business but after tonight I will not be returning.
My husband and I went through selfcheckout like everyone else. Out of nowhere two employees approached us and asked if we needed help. Before we could answer, one of them took our cart and began scanning our items. When we asked if it was selfcheckout, she said it was “assisted selfcheckout.”
Other customers were checking out and were not approached at all. The situation made us feel extremely uncomfortable and profiled.
After paying we returned everything and left. As someone who spends money here regularly, this was very disappointing.

Been to a lot of Lowe’s and this one has the WORST STAFF AND WORST SERVICE. Most of them have a rude attitude and mindset of not wanting to help. The way the employees act at this location makes it an easy choice to go to the Home Depot 5 min away. Will never shop there again. Do better Lowe’s.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
