Worst company i called the store and was my oder that I placed for same day and still have not received when called the store they it's not on them it's a third party does delivery but I oder from lowes not 3rd party and payed lowes for delivery call costumer service and was told I need talk to the store I ask to speak to manger and was transferred to the store call the store ask to speak to a manger told he was not at the store so how do a company justify this action

I had sort of an odd project that I was working on. I went in today, looking for insulation foam boards and wood slats. I also needed them cut to size so they would fit in my vehicle. An employee named Josh helped me for what seemed like forever. He was eager to help and didn’t shy away from a challenge. I was very impressed with this employee. I am usually pretty happy with the help that I receive in this store, But Josh was worth writing a review for.
