    We ordered an 8' door for a reno project. I was told it had to be picked up by 11/18 (don't know what they would have done with it if I didn't attempt to pick it up on the 18th as it was fully paid for). I made arrangements with my handyman to meet at 7:00 PM to pick up the door. Earlier in the day I tried calling to schedule the pick up so it would be ready and I wouldn't have to wait for it to be brought up front. I called 3 separate times and was on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. When someone did pick up the phone, they simply picked it up and hung up! Finally I was able to get someone on the phone and explained what happened and her response was "I'm sorry we have a lot of customers in the store now." Needless to say that was not the correct way to answer that question! She then proceeded to tell me that it was not necessary to make arrangements prior to picking up the door, just come in and tell them you are here and they will be bring it up. I arrived at 6:30 to give them ample time to get the door to the front. I checked in at the pick up desk and while standing at the counter the CSR told a young man he should take this task. He said "I'm not doing it" and simply walked away. Finally another worker came and said she would handle it. She comes back 10 minutes later and asked me if I could come back another time as the receiving dock was extremely busy and it "would be a minute" before they could get to it. I asked what that meant and she said "I don't know how long it is going to take." Needless to say I was furious. I asked for the manager and an assistant manager came over. I explained what had happened and he simply said "I'm sorry but the receiving dock is busy". I almost lost it but kept my cool and said what are you going to do about it. He said I should just probably come back as he did not know how long it would take to get the door. I told him this is the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time and he better not give me a date that I have to pick up the door. He said he would make a note in the system. Not once did he try to resolve the issue at hand and get the door out front. Lowe's, like everyone else, has labor that doesn't want to work or care about customer satisfaction. Set your expectations as low as you can and you will not be disappointed.

    Wander and Adinson from the Lowe’s delivery team did an exceptional job delivering my refrigerator. They arrived right on time and were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to assist with the installation, making sure everything was set up correctly and functioning perfectly before they left. They were attentive, thorough, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They also left the area spotless with no mess at all. Truly outstanding service from beginning to end.

    Always up for a visit to Lowe's especially the garden center . However it's not known as a helpful when it comes to customer service on the floor.

    Came yesterday and was hoping to pick up a couple things really quickly so I could get back to finish my project. A can of Great Stuff, electrical tape and a hand saw…I’ve been coming here for 15 years and it used to be my favorite store. Familiar employees, friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Well things change. I couldn’t find electrical tape and the first employee I asked told me it’s scattered thru out the store, but check the end of so and so aisle on the left side. Which it wasn’t there. So I proceeded to just get the can of great stuff which I only found because someone had left one single can out of place in aisle. Found the saw no problem. It was only Stoney that saved the day. I was getting ready to leave and he asked if I needed help and he looked up the appropriate aisle and I found the tape. He was friendly and nice. Please get more people like him.
