Extra Space Storage even called to check that everything was good to go after I moved in my unit. Will recommend.

I'm still leasing from them, because they are the cleanest, most reliable & affordable storage facility in the area. Their agents are always so helpful & polite. (BTW: Courtney went out of her way to ensure that I received the best possible results ... even when it meant, contacting management & then following up with me.) I wouldn't trust any other facility with my stored items. If I could give Extra Space 10 stars, I would!

On the third day with a new crew we discovered there was no room left unless we emptied the unit and repacked it. My new crew was having a fit. I went to the office in tears and the lady couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding. Not only did I get the first month free but she even waved the $29.95. Fee so all I had to pay was $11. I was depleted of funds paying all these so called friends of friends to move my stuff. Hard lesson learned, hire professional movers and be ever so grateful to the people at Extra Space Storage for saving the day!!! Thank you so very much
