We had a minor issue that required a refund and it had some complexities. We went in today and James who is an Assistant Manager did a wonderful job getting it resolved. He was super pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I turned around and spent the refund that same trip at Lowe’s so they didn’t lose any money and have a happy customer now. Good job James!

I was in the store in electrical aisle Asked “Joel” to show me where an item was that was in the same area he was working in. His response was “im busy merchandising and stocking there are plenty other workers in store that aren’t probably doing anything that can help me” luckily I was able to get help from “Luke” with a positive attitude who was at the pro desk and was able to show me the item that was literally 2’ from where “Joel” was standing…. Don’t like your job… simple… quit coming and find a new one… plenty of others wanting to work

Went to pick up garden soil at Lowes and had done an online order for pickup. When we arrived waited so long for pickup. They hadn't even picked the order. Came out to tell us to pull around to the garden center to get the order. Why do you offer pickup for this kind of stuff if the order isn't even pulled or ready when we get there. Pulled around to the garden center, guy that helped didn't even know what we were there to pick up for and what kind of soil we were getting. Once we got the product after leaving realized that we only got 10 bags when we paid for 12. Called and took forever for customer service to answer the phone. Girl was extremely rude and just asked if we were close. Please do better and have a better pickup system in place
