I used the mobile check-in process for store pickup. I initially checked in, then realized I still needed to purchase another ONE item inside the store. After paying for that item, I went to the pickup location.
As soon as the associate handed me my order, she spoke to me in a condescending and unprofessional tone, stating that she had been waiting over FIVE minutes for me because I had already checked in. I was honestly dumbfounded by how aggressive her approach was.
I have used store pickup at other Lowe’s locations before, where I’ve had to wait in line while other customers were being served, so I don’t understand why this situation caused such hostility. I would think store pickup is meant to be a strategy to encourage more business, since customers often spend additional time and money in the store. In my case, I was only a little over five minutes from checking in before I arrived at the pickup area.
Associates may be busy, but this interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Store pickup should be a convenience, not an experience where customers are spoken down to over minor timing issues.

Me and my family went to get a Christmas tree from here. They don’t help with tying on the tree anymore ! Since when , the last 4 years we received amazing customer service and help not this year. We will never be back . The competitor will be getting our business for now on. Laziness and horrible customer service!
